Burberry - Oxblood No. 303

I finally got around to using Burberry Oxblood.  I love vampy colors and this one is going down as one of my favorites.
Oxblood is a beautiful red wine color.  I used two coats with no top coat and they are still so shiny.
Burberry polish is formulated with patent-pending technology,  a long-lasting high gloss finish with accelerated drying and hardening times.
The brush has been an issue with a few people, they didn't like how the hard  bristles made the application difficult around the edges.  I didn't have any problems with it, I thought it spread the polish nicely.

I didn't add any stamping to it, but I went ahead and added some gold detail that I'd bought from Aliexpress.

Chanel Sky Line

I don't know what happened, I got into a reading kick and that's all I wanted to do.  I finally came up for air and needed to do my nails.  I went with Chanel Sky Line.
This is a silvery, periwinkle blue with issues.  The formula borders on being a metallic finish so be prepared for visible brush strokes.  I went ahead and dabbed on a third layer with a make up sponge to get rid of the brush strokes.
I added some designs using Red Angel plate RA-114 and KC Black
The images are a bit small so I had to stretch them out with the squishy stamper.

Dance Legend - Thermo No. 177

I finally got around to using a thermo polish.  I went with Dance Legend Thermo No. 177 for my first.  I got this from Llarowe, it retails for $13.
This is such a pretty almost pearly pink.
I used three thin coats and the application was great.
Looks like a little pink tie dye when they get wet.
This is such a bright pink in the sun.

It changes from an almost white when hot to a pink when cold.
Really quickly I played around and added designs using HD -B from Bunny nails and dark brown from Mundo de Uñas.

AIS - Sunday Challenge Green Base

Today's challenge over in the Facebook group Adventures in Stamping is to use a green base.

I started off with a base of Dance Legend's Wazowski.  This is a multi chrome polish that shifts from blue, green, to gold.  I only see shades of green, but I still liked how it looks.
This is from the Chameleon collection, it retails for $8 at Llarowe.
I stamped using the Emily de Molly plate EDM01 and the gold polish from Mundo de Uñas.
I like how the gold works with the green.  I was also very happy with how well the stamping polish picked up all the fine little lines of the designs.

Black and White Feather Mani + Giveaway

I have so many color combos running thru my head that I want to try and what do I do first?  A black and white mani.
I've always like the look of black and white nails.
I started off with a white base of OPI Don't Touch My Tutu!
I didn't want a wham in your face white, so I went with a subtle softer white.  This took five coats to get it somewhat opaque.
I used black feather accents that I bought from Aliexpress.
I need to work on the placement but overall I like the look of them.

Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to enter the giveaway, you could win a $30 e-gift card from Llarowe.

Hello Kitty as Captain America and Black Widow and Giveaway

Today is date night and we are going to see the new Captain America movie.  Which is great because I love breaking out the Hello Kitty as the Avengers water decals.

Oops I forgot to take a picture of just the base.
For the base I used Zoya Song, SH Insta-dri Red-io Active and Paper Mache for FP.
These are the Hello Kitty as the Avengers water decals I picked from RLR Creations.
I used a couple of Sugar Bubbles plates to add the stars and stripes.

My First Hare polish and Nail Mail from Messy Mansion

As part of my last Llarowe haul I went ahead and purchased my first Hare polish.

This is a quick swatch of Peepshow Magique, please excuse my cuticles.   This is a light sheer pink with gold flecks.

This is pretty sheer, I used three coats and I still have visible nail lines.  I'm really happy with my first Hare, it has a nice formula, no smell and a good brush.  Plus it has a cute bunny on the bottle.
Now for the fun part,  I was part of a group buy for Messy Mansion plates and they came in today.  I added a few to my collection.   I got MM07, MM16, MM19, MM20, MM24, and newly released MM33, MM37, and MM38.  Group buys are a great way to save money on not only plates but on the shipping as well.
I went ahead and tested plate MM20.
