Cheetah Nails

I was watching Castle the other day and Martha was wearing a red cheetah print cardigan.   I liked how it looked so I tried to replicate it.

 I started off with a base of Zoya's Kristi

 

 This is such a pretty tomato red.  The formula was nice and smooth with no bubbles or bald spots, it even played nice with a QD topcoat.

 I added the cheetah print by using the Sugar Bubbles plate 002 and KC in black.

 Than I ruined it by adding a black and grey gradient.

 I really need to work on my gradients, oh well.

Untried Tuesday - Essie For The Twill of It

Essie, For The Twill of It, is from their fall collection.  I picked this up from Ulta for $8.

 This is a duo chrome the goes from grey to purple and teal.

 The application was great, it went on smooth with no issues.  I used two coats with a top coat.  It looks almost like a metallic finish but it's not.

In the shade it looks more green
